SHOULD I REGISTER FOR MCC STRAY VACANCY ROUND 2020 FOR AIIMS RAJKOT IF MY NEET SCORE IS 349 AND ALL INDIA RANK IS 250183. I HAVE EWS CERTIFICATE VALID FOR GUJARAT STATE. WILL IT E CONSIDERED FOR AIIMS OR THEY CONSIDER ONLY EWS ISSUOBY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT??

theeanonymous 2nd Jan, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Stray vacancy round is the final round conducted to fill all vacant seats from round 1,2 and 3. We cannot make any reliable prediction on what will happen during stray vacancy round . There are non specific parameters in this round , any student who has cleared NEET exam may apply . Point to note is until now , fresh registrations were not allowed but as per the latest announcement from MCC , it is . So many students may apply and your possibilities will entirely depend on number of seats vacant in each college, number of candidates applying and their marks . So you can register and try your luck. If you had been allotted a seat in any of the previous rounds , then you are not eligible to attend .Now coming to the second question, there is only one EWS certificate valid throughout India. If your EWS certificate falls under the validity period, then you can very well use it wherever you want to. There is nothing like separate state and central EWS certificates.

still Telangana 1st neet state counselling didnt start..if I fill mcc 2nd round and I got the allotment then also I can get chance to select in state counselling or by default I will be removed from state counseling?

tanoshree rana 23rd Nov, 2020

Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well!

In case you have not joined the college allotted to you in NEET 2020 counselling, only then you can participate in the state counselling, but for this you wont be getting back your security money.
In case you join the allotted college, you wont be eligible to exit or surrender from the counselling of NEET 2020 nor be allowed to take part in the further rounds of NEET counselling 2020.

Hello aspirant,

The Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose (NSCB) medical college in Jabalpur is good college for MBBS.

The hostel facility in NSCB college is not that good. But there are many PGs near by and that may found in average price including water charges exclusive of electricity dues. Road and train transport here and a walking distance from college.

You can contact hostel inchargers for future more details and enquire directly with them,

Ive applied for AIQ in mcc...the process went neat upto choice filling ,why i cant lock my choices ? this is the last day to lock choices ,,,can anyone explain me? is there any issue going on?

Anurag Khanna 22nd Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

As you have mentioned that you have registered for AIQ counselling which is conducted by DGHS on the behalf of MCC so let me make you clear that registrations for Round 2 have started on November 20th and the choice filling process will continues till November 24th upto 11:59 PM and if you are unable to lock the choices then there might be some technical error in the site so what you do is just log out and log-in again on the portal and suppose if you are unable to lock the choices anyway then also it will not create any problem because choices that you have filled will automatically be locked after the last date.

For complete details about NEET Counselling kindly check out the link given below :-

I have opted fro AIQ in my 1st round UG MCC counselling. Is it possible for me to add deemed universities for the 2nd round. I tried with reset registration button in the MCC portal. Once I did reset, the portal is logged out automatically. What should I do?

Mrinalini Sarkar 21st Nov, 2020

Hello,

First of all yes it is possible to add deemed universities for 2nd round of counselling. You don't need to reset you registration you can simply use your previous registration credentials and opt for deemed universities in the next round.

As you mentioned the portal is logged out I would suggest you to login with the same credentials and try again.

Hope it helps.

Good luck.

if I dont attend 2nd round counseling then my security deposit will be refunded or not? in mcc counseling please reply

S. Saha Student Expert 21st Nov, 2020
If you wish to choose free exit which is available after round 1 of counselling, your amount will be refunded once the entire counselling process gets over. But if you have been allotted a college, and if you have taken admission to that allotted college, then your amount will not be returned back, rather it would be adjusted with the Institute's fee. I got admission in first round of mcc councelling and i dont want to change my college neither I applied for upgradation but still against my account on mcc choice filling option is coming is it fine and not do anything about it?

Mrinalini Sarkar 21st Nov, 2020

Hello,

As per the aforementioned details you don't want your seat to be upgraded neither do you want to change it. I should then assume that you are satisfied by your allotted seat and would take admission in it. Then I must say that you should just freeze the seat in the given options. I think that is the only reason why it is show you options because maybe you have not freezed your seat. Otherwise I don't think there is any problem you could simply complete your admission process.

Hope it helps.

Good luck.

S. Saha Student Expert 21st Nov, 2020
If you have registered for Round 1 of counselling for Neet all India counselling then you don't need to register again for Round 2 of counselling. NMC has released the dates for filling your choices for Round 2 of counselling and you have to login to your MCC Application using your passwords and all that where you can re arrange your choices if required. As per the schedule released by the authority, choice filling and locking for round 2 will be held from November 20 to 24, 2020. You need to fill in your choices properly. Usually top ranked medical Colleges should be in the top positions.
