Will Mechatronics engineering be a good choice in btech to pursue robotics engineering in future?

rehan18alam Student Expert 17th Aug, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

If you are willing to go for masters in robotics and want to do bachelor in mechatronics then this will be a good choice as mechatronics can be considered as a parent branch of robotics with a wide spectrum, however, if you are solely interested in robotics, then I suggest you must look for colleges with robotics as a bachelor course as this will save you time and you'll learn specifics about robotics if that is where your interest lies.

Hope this helps.

ginnisachdeva02_9364270 Student Expert 5th Jul, 2020

Hey!

ECE definitely has a lot of opportunities and bright future than other two sectors. It includes study of how electrical components communicate with each other. ECE and CSE has almost same salry packages but ECE is more in demand in government sector and CSE is more popular in private sector. Also, job profiles in CSE has danger of recession whereas there is no such danger in ECE job profiles.

Hope it helped to clear your delimma.

is a certificate degree in BBA and be mechatronics engineering is ok to start a small company?

ojaswiyolo Student Expert 14th Aug, 2020

Hey Ashwin

Getting a degree in BBA and Mechatronics was a good decision. If you like you can also study economics  from distance education or on any MOOC like NPTEL which will add to your knowledge. However this is all for the education part. To start a small company you would need several certificates like Agreement between Independent Contractor and Service Provider certificate,Appointment Letter for startup, Consultancy Agreement,Contractor Agreement,Employee Offer Letter,Employment Contract,Founders’ Agreement,Freelance Contractor,Hiring Employees and Processing Payrolls in Startups certificate,Letter of Intent etc So you will have to keep all this in mind.

Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program is a skill enhancement program or training is association with Siemens. This program mostly focuses on hands-on training that help candidates to understand the important theories of Mechatronics. As this is a hands on training program, it is an advantage to candidates as they are already job ready. Employers don't need to give time in job trainings. Being taught by the experts of Siemens, it is really helpful for students.

im currently doing my be MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING and Im interested in starting a company after my be is it worth or what should I do to achieve this?

Suvakanta Sahu 14th Aug, 2020

Dear Aspirants ,

No, it is not worth because now you are fresher and you know only little bit about mechatronics engineering so first of all go through job where you will learn lots of skills and know about the different machines with how they are operating with real time then only you will able to know the deeply about mechatronics and important things is you only learn and gain lots of transferable skills when you work deeply with real world .

After 4 -5 years gain experience you will able to start your own company because during those days you have facing lots of real time problems and it will helpful when you start your own company. But i appreciate your think and capabilities.

Hope it will helpful

Thanks
