It can't be estimated 2020 cut off for any nit. It depends on previous year's cut off.
2019 cut off , of NIT BTech in mining Engineering ,Raipur for OBC category ,closing rank for home state was 26550, for other state closing rank OBC was 11969
2018 cut off for B tech in mining Engineering ,Raipur for OBC category was 68956 ( closing rank for home state) , 16866 ( closing rank for other states)
Now you can predict According this year's cut off.

Since you got 94% in JEE Mains , your rank would be around 50k+ . If you belong to home state then you have few chances of getting a seat in Mining Engineering but if you don't belong to that state then you have fairly no chances of getting seat in NIT Raipur. see there is few colleges in india which provide mtech in mining engineering, and most of the top tier 1 institute takes admission based on gate score, some of the private colleges conducts their own entrance test. however I would suggest you to check the placement record of mtech and then apply for college.
