NEET form
Hello,
It is not mandatory that your correspondence address and the address on the Aadhaar card must be same. Aadhaar card is considered as photo identity and not as address proof. In NEET online application form you can give the current address in the correspondence address field. The correspondence address and the permanent address is for communication purpose if any. And EWS certificate is proof for category so even if the address in Aadhaar card and EWS category certificate is different there won't be any issue.
Yes, the address printed on the EWS certificate and the address provided in the online application form can be different. The communication details are asked in the application form for communication purpose so we would suggest you to provide the address where you are currently living and in the permanent address field you can give the permanent address. The current address and the permanent address can also be different yet you will not face any problem.
Yes its necessary that both the address are same. As aadhar is considered as identity proof so you have make similar changes as in your aadhar card.
Now if you address are different you can add you another proof other than aadhar like passport or driving license.
But if you taking aadhar as a proof then change your address from the aadhar site that is

From this website.
Hope this helps!!

There are no set guidelines as to why would an application be rejected and so we cannot be sure of whether you will receive your Admit card or not. But the possible instances in which any NEET application might be rejected are:
Now if your application is rejected then you should have got atleast a message or notifications regarding your NEET application about any mistakes you have performed and have to rectify it. Also if the application is rejected then the probability is you will not be able to download the admit card so that way also you can verify the status of your application.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
