NEET form
If you belong to SEBC, you belont to the borader OBC Category. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Community you belong to should be listed under Central OBC list. You can check if your Community is listed under Central OBC list or not at: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx . If it is listed, you can select OBC as your Category while filling your NEET PG application form. Or else you have to select General Category as yuor Category. But while filling your State Counselling application form for NEET PG, you can select SEBC.
Hello. There is no state quota to get admission in AIIMS. Nevertheless there is only option of JIPMER, from which you can get admission opting for state quota.
NEET scores will only help you get into AIIMS.
Please check this careers360 article notifying about AIIMS :-

Hope that helps!
Sayali, NEET is the National level entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. But SEBC is a State level Reservation and that is the reason it doesn't feature in NEET application form. Now if you belong to SEBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category. So if your Category is not listed under Central OBC list, you selecting General Category is correct. If not you would lose out on reservation at the All India Counselling level. Having said that, because you belong to SEBC, while filling your State Counselling application form, you can select SEBC and you will still be eligible for Reservation. So do not worry about it. Good luck:)
Vishal, if this is regarding NEET 2020, the last date for NEET application form has been closed and even the correction window has been closed. So now, you cannot make any changes to the application form. But to help you with what you have asked, according to the Information Bulletin, if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. But if the Community you belong to is also listed in the Central OBC list, you will only need 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
That is quite ok:) Lets say for example you have Delhi's domicile but selected MP as the State of Eligibility in your NEET application form. NTA did release an official notification way back in December/ January stating that Candidates can fill in any State's name under State of Eligibility field and they still can participate in All India Counselling and seek admission to all States with the exception of Jammu and Kashmir because Jammu and Kashmir doesn't participate in All India Counselling. Quoting this and coming back to your example, if you have Delhi's domicile through Institutional Quota but you filled MP as the State of Eligibility, you still are eligible for participating in All India Counselling for seeking admission to 15% of GMCs of other States. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. So again quoting your example, by selecting MP in the State of Eligibility field, you can participate in All India Counselling for 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER. You can also participate in All India Counselling for admission to 15% of GMC seats for both MP and Delhi.
