The medical college you are going to get in counselling have its own teaching hospital

And you will have a medical check up there itself at the time of admission and do not worry it's just a formality unless you have really big issues such has handicapped , colour blindness , etc

And trust me , you will enjoy your check up as you will first time see your hospital , you will be treated as special guest , you will stand out of line , will be attended first and completely free , you will get a feel of a doctor

And in case you want to be too sure , you can get fitness certificate from any Gov. Hospital .

If you belong to General Category, you should secure atelast 50 percentile of the top NEET score. That is the cut off formula. In 2019,it was 134-701. See this is the first time when AIIMS is going to conduct it's admissions through NEET score so the cut-offs for previous year's are not available due to which it is not possible to give you the exact admission possibility in it on any NEET score. The documents required during NEET COUNSELLING ARE:

1. NEET SCORE CARD
2. NEET ADMIT CARD
3. 10th Marksheet and Pass certificate
4. 12th Marksheet and Pass certificate
5. Allotment letter
6. Domicile certificate (if claiming)
7. Reserved category certificate (if claiming)
8. Medical certificate required format given (if a particular college asks for)
9. Required Fees in Demand Draft
10. Aadhar Card copy
11. Any other government proof like Pan. Are, voter id etc
12. Application form print out of that particular state
13. Choice filling final print out.
14. They might give post preference form to you. Fill and submit it to them. (Eg IP UNIVERSITY COUNSELLING)
15. PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO

Yes gap certificate is to be added to make sure that you didnt enroll in any other course or you never have indulged in anything wrong as per law.

As far your question is concerned, No I don't think there will be any problem during state counseling in Bihar. As your certificate is issued by the Bihar Government itself after proper documentation and verification, so why will they question their own certificate. So relax for that.

For safer side check the documents required at the time of Bihar counseling.
