National Testing Agency NTA has rolled out the official answer key for the NEET 2021 examination.
Also examinees have been provided with their OMR response on their respective mailing address.
So candidates can challenge the an swer key till October 17, 2021 that is today.
SO from the above information it is very clear after the challenging of answer key is over the NEET results will be declared in the next 2-3 days. Kindly patiently wait till then.

The general cutoffs for AIIMS are same as of NEET UG. NEET result 2021 cut off is the minimum marks required to pass the entrance exam. NEET cutoff passing marks for general category is 720-138, while for SC/ST/OBC it is 137-108. NEET 2021 cutoff percentile for general category is 50th and for SC/ST/OBC it is 40th.
The cutoff ranks for different colleges vary as per demands with AIIMS Delhi on top followed by bhuvneswar and others. The cutoff details of all such colleges can be found by searching College's name followed by carrers 360.

Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the number of seats available and the performance of the students.

Last year the cut off for government medical colleges under OBC category through All India Quota was a rank of around 15000.
