NEET UG 2021
Hello Aspirant,
See for this year the cut-off marks for NEET has not been released yet by NTA but it will release soon along with the NEET 2021 result. So to give you an idea I am enlisting down the qualifying cut-offs for NEET 2020 as released by National Testing Agency for different categories :-
Now whether the cut-offs will see a dip or will increase as per the trend of past 2-3 years, would be decided by the cut-offs whichever would be released by NTA so we have to wait for a while as the NEET 2021 result is expected 2-3 days,

Hello,
With 358 marks you can get a good bams private college. For government colleges you should score more than 450.But you can try for some colleges with low cut off till last round. If you're general category it's hard for you to get government colleges.

Hello aspirant ,
With your above secured rank it might be difficult for you to get admission seat in any government colleges (MBBS) , as your cutoff is likely to be very less .
According to this year cutoff trends , for general category , to get admission in delhi government colleges you need to have rank around : 163 - 1216 .
However you can also try some private colleges in delhi or Punjab as you have chances to get a seat in those .
You can also check the below cutoff article to know your chances in government collleges based on your state :

You haven't mentioned any state or for which college you want to know the minimum cut off marks. Even you didn't mentioned the category.
If you are asking cut off percentile to qualify then it is 50th percentile for Gen category which may be around 145-150 marks and for OBC/sc/st ii's 40th percentile which may be fall between 110-120marks in NEET 2021. Scoring this much marks will make you qualify and doesn't provide any college.
As your profile suggest you are from West Bengal,so I'll tell last year minimum marks for getting govt college in NEET state counseling of Bengal. These are mentioned below for different categories
Gen - 572 marks
BC-A -566 marks
BC-B - 557 marks
EWS-559 marks
SC- 452marks
ST- 237 marks
So if you belong to general category then your score must be around 550+ to have chances of getting govt mbbs college in west bengal.
