according to previous year's cut-off and this year's expected cut-off you're having chances at many psu's like NTPC but the cut-off score will vary with different year.and also it depends upon your category and different psu's.to know  previous year cut-off of different psu's,

Civil engineers are not applicable for 14 day on off duty in ONGC. This applicability depends on your job location (posting), cader of your post and other factors. In ONGC, generally a civil engineer is usually not posted in offshore on/off duty.
