Yeah obviously specialization is possible in case of Integrated MSc. The only difference is that if you have integrated MSc then you need not have to sit for any entrance exam for MSc. Also Integrated MSc syllabus are kind of hybridized and are different from BSc Course.
So if you want you can go for integrated MSc there will be no prob regarding specialization. You can specialize in both the cases.

If you are preparing for jee mains you should know the syllabus which includes class11th as well as 12th Physics, Chemistry, Math syllabus. In jee mains total 75 mcq questions are asked that means 25 from each subject. In chemestry there are total 25 questions asked in which approx 8 to 12 questions are asked from organic.

Hello, The CSIR NET is offered in five subjects only of which deals with chemistry so all kind of chemistry major students will be choosing the chemical sciences subjects only.There will be both inorganic and physical chemistry as a part of syllabus even though you are aiming for organic chemistry alone. There are many books out there to clear theoretical approach of organic chemistry. However, most recommended is Organic Chemistry by O P Tandon . I do not claim that it will be best for you, but it has some good explanation of the topics. You can also check books like- Organic Chemistry by Morrison & Boyd , Organic Chemistry by Paula Bruice and ofcourse, do not forget NCERT Chemistry if you have aiming for JEE Mains.
