Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following -
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty levelt off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
The marks you have scored in your NEET 2021 examination seems not enough to get a seat in All India Quota seats & State quota seats for MBBS & BDS programme. However you might want to try getting a seat in few Private colleges & deemed Universities.
With the marks you have scored, you might have chances in Deemed universities-
• Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, Kelambakkam- MBBS
• Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal- BDS
• Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital, Pune- BDS
• GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Visakhapatnam- 197 Marks
•BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks
• Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospt., Puducherry:- 192 marks
•Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Chennai:- 189 marks
• Shri Satya Sai Medical College and RI, Kancheepuram:- 173 marks
• Meenakshi Medical College Host. and Res. Inst., Chenna:- 169 marks
• Saveetha Medical College, Chennai:- 265 marks
• Dr. DYP Edu. Soc. Deemed Uni., Kolhapur:- 262 marks
• Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal:- 257 marks
• Krishna Institute of Medical Sc., Karad:- 253 marks
If you wish to apply for admission in the Deemed universities, you will first need to register yourself on the official website of MCC

And if you desire to apply for the private colleges, you will have to register yourself on your state's NEET counseling conducting authority's website.

I hope this information helped you.
All the best!
First of all congrats that you have scored 145 in NEET out of 15 lakhs of student.
Still it you don't resist or level yourself down because of your score ,from this level if you once again try I am sure that you will be able to reach above 600 score in NEET with your hardwork and dedication.
The score you scored now will not give you an admission to government college for MBBS but if you are belonging to SC category you can get admitted to Medical courses like homeopathy, ayurveda, unani, etc
Getting admitted into a private college depends on the cutoff offered to the particular course you are looking for by the institution .
ALL THE BEST!!!!
Hope you are satisfied with the answer.
If you have any doubts ,feel free to ask.
Sorry, you can't get admission in any mbbs colleges. For getting admission in any college you need to qualify the neet exam quota. For qualifying you must score 50th percentile (145 marks) in general and 40th(120marks) for St/SC/OBC category.
If you're wishing for a mbbs college it may be government or private your score must be over 500 .
Hope it helps. Best of luck.
