Private Medical College
Hi,
The cut off of colleges vary every year based on various factors. So an accurate prediction is not possible. Since your profile mentions Bihar as your place the answering is based on that information. Based on previous year data the admission to AIQ seats seems tough with this mark but you might have chances in the state quota seats of following colleges
Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa
Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani
Narayan Medical College and Hospital, Sasaram and so on.
There are also chances in the state quota seats of following dental colleges based on previous year data
Buddha Institute of Dental Science & Hospital, Patna
Mithila Minority Dental College & Hospital and so on.
The chances may vary based on many factors as I said earlier. To know your chances more accurately in colleges please use college predictor given below

Hello
With 442 in NEET you must have got a rank around 113000. With this rank you can apply for Private MBBS or BDS colleges in AIQ counselling. You may also apply for Management quota seats in Karnataka state counselling. You may also wait for AYUSH Counselling to start.
As far as Bihar State Counselling is concerned, with your rank and assuming you to be from general category you can get Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa,
Mithila Minority Dental College & Hospital
Sarjug Dental College & Hospital, Laheriasarai hence I would recommend you to sit for State Counselling incase you decide not to go for AIQ counselling.
The chances of getting CMC Vellore are not high as even though it is a private college it is highly reputed and prestigious and has high cutoffs.
You may use https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor to know about your chances of getting admission there.

Hi candidate,
The minimum marks for getting admissions into good private colleges is 50 percentile for General category, and above 40 percentile foe students belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category. which resembles to above 280 marks out of 720 to get a decent seat.
Since you have not got at least 280+ marks, so try harder the next time and focus and strategize your schedule in a better way and try to improve your score as their are several chances for NEET.

Based on the marks you have scored in NEET and your reservation quota, it may be difficult to get admission for MBBS government seats under 85% state quota or even All India quota.
However, you may apply for admission for MBBS at deemed universities through MCC and also have a chance of getting admission for MBBS management seats at private medical colleges in Karnataka.

Hello Aspirant ,
There is not much of a difference, between them, a deemed university is a status of independence given by the Department of Higher Education (DHE), MHRD, on the advice of UGC, they are neither private nor government. This means that they will have full autonomy in deciding what courses to offer , their curriculum ,admission procedure ,the fee structure etc. Basically they can make their own rules regarding anything, they are all on their own. On the other hand private universities are independent too but they still have to follow UGC's rules and regulation to function,as they are approved by them . The deemed universities are authorized to give their own degree/diploma.So basically the difference is that deemed universities are more flexible compared to private universities . The fee structure is almost the same in both and will vary with different courses from college to college but always it is way more than a state or central university. Regarding the admission , if it is medical it based on NEET exam for all types of colleges and after clearing the exam you can attend the all India or state counselling. The Medical counselling committee will conduct counselling for the 15% from AIQ , and 100% seats of Deemed and Central universities. The designated state counselling authorities will grant seats based on NEET score for the rest of 85% of government colleges and all the private colleges.
All the best
Hope it helps
