JEE Mains only accept the Category Certificates issues by Central Government so the OBC Certificate will not be accepted if its from Delhi only. Also, if you wish to avail the home state quota during DTU Admissions, it is necessary that you should have completed your class12th from a high school in Delhi. Thus, if your schooling has been completed in Chhattisgarh then you will not be eligible for Home State Quota.

About your question you can always update the information of the last education qualifications your parents have be it below class 10th passed or 10th pass or 12th pass or any higher form of degree. Its not necessary you have to mention all the degree achieved just mention the last 1 they achieved.
