In that case, the L3 team analyses the issue and fixes it. The issues which the L3 team gets involves code/development related fixes.

After 12th you can do diploma or degree courses in software engineering or computer engineering.
For diploma courses many engineering college require 10th class passed candidate for eligibility.
For undergraduate courses you are required to complete 12th with math and physics ,chemistry as subject. Many colleges take admission through entrance test like Jee, cet ,etc.

You need to appear for National level exam like IIT JEE or your state level Engineering Entrance Exam, According your score you can go for B.tech college with CSE or IT branch to become a Software Engineer. To get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs you should have minimum 75% in class 12th as a general Category & 65% as a reserved category.
