Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing great there . JEE mains is a national level exam and therefore to maintain its decorum , it relates most of its syllabus to CBSE that is Central Board Of Secondary Education . Therefore I would suggest you to check the jee mains syllabus from the official site of NTA . Also if some part of JEE mains is missing in your respective board , then you can cover that particular topic from you tube or your respective coaching centre will help you for the same.

Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
When we go through previous data then

in neet 2019, 470 marks for obc category was the lowest mark to get an mbbs seat in Government Medical College, under Tamilnadu State quota and it was for Government Medical College and Hospital, Pudukottai
But yes,
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted for 100 % deemed university seats :-

Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.
As per the past NEET cutoffs, in order to take admission in any of the courses, aspirants have to qualify the NEET by securing the required cutoff scores that is approximately 129-146 marks. To get admission in government college, with your NEET marks it's difficult to get a seat in MBBS or BDS, also you need 360 marks in NEET for BHMS Course. Well it all depends on the present year seat matrix, difficulty level of the exam and the cutoff rank of any partivular institute. If you want to go with B.Sc. Nursing, then NEET is not compulsory and the basic eligibility criteria is you need to fulfill 10+2 in PCBE with minimum 45% and also there's separate entrance exam for B.Sc. Nursing in different universities and colleges. You can use college predictor tool given below for better admission possibility.
Hope this will help you.
ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
