In India, you have to write NEET exam to get a seat in medical colleges. In Tamil Nadu there is no reservation for NRI people in Government colleges. Deemed universities are having some reservation. But Puducherry government colleges like JIPMER have some reservations for NRI people. Puducherry is almost present in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. So you can try that.
