can i get a government bams college in up with 430 marks in neet ug2022.i belong from obc category.

sehbakhan475 31st Jul, 2022

Hello student

Ofcourse you can get a government seat with 430 marks as the cut off in neet for BAMS is comparatively lower than MBBS. To get admission in a government college in MBBS you need 600+ marks in general category. But for BAMS you need 550+ marks in general category.

NEET has some reserved category that help the childern to get their dream college and you have one. For MBBS OBC category student need 550-600 marks and for BAMS you need 400-500 marks.

Hope this will help thank you.

I forgot to take my passport photo for attendance sheet in JEE Main session-2. The invigilators made me fill up a form. What will happen now? Will my exam be cancelled?

Piyush kesarwani 30th Jul, 2022

Hello aspirant,

You do not to worry at all. This will not affect your results or marks or anything related to your exam anyway. Whatever the invigilator and the exam authority does to you was kind of an alternative procedure in case of failing of the primary guidelines for the verification and identification of the candidates. So, this was all fine and your results and the exam will not be cancelled or your results will not be affected anyway.

I hope that this will help.

MY daughter expects 544 marks in NEET2022. What are the chances of getting a mbbs seat in UP. We are in general category. Should we wait for councessling or start preparing for next year.

pdwords Student Expert 30th Jul, 2022

Hello,

It's tough to make exact predictions as cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as

  • total number of candidates appearing for the exam
  • difficulty level of the paper
  • top NEET scores
  • reservation
  • seat matrix, etc..

however if we go through NEET 2020 cut-offs for UP under 85% state quota then  610 marks secured seat in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich belonging to UR, hence chances for GMC is quite tough, with 544 marks your daughter hold chances for MBBS in the following the private medical colleges

  • Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly-491 marks
  • School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida-448 marks
  • Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki-404 marks
  • Subharti Medical College, Meerut-416 marks
  • Muzaffarnagar Medical College, Muzaffarnagar-385 marks
  • Rohilkhand Medical College and Hospital, Bareilly-388 marks, etc..
