Hey,
Based on previous year cut off, you have good chances of getting a seat in the following top government colleges through UPSEE -
To know more about the colleges in which you can get a seat in your desired branches, you can use UPSEE College Predictor https://dqxeclau.top/upsee-college-predictor?ici=cp-listing_root&icn=UPSEE-College-Predictor
Hello,
You only have to pay acceptance fee apart from counselling fees. The students who are economically poor would have to pay under Tution Fee Waiver Scheme. No other fees is required after you accept the seat and decide to keep it. You can choose to freeze or float based on your options so that if you want to cancel it then you do not have to pay or if you have paid then you can get a refund.
Hope you got your answer.
Good luck.
Hi Nihai,
No. Definitely not. Although the exact number of seats filled up varies from one year to another, still not all seats are filled up.
Yes, certain courses like CSE and ECE are the most popular ones and they get filledup quickly while others take much more time as students wait for the exact count, and check the seat matrix after first round in the colleges.
So a handful of seats are only filled up after the first round of counseling.
Hope this helps!

Hey!
As per UPTU refund policy, if the candidate has canceled his/her seat or after the seat allotment has requested for withdraw , then the registration fee of such candidates, after deduction of administrative charges with a rate of Rs 2000 per round of counseling in which the candidate has participated, shall be refunded online in the same account. In case if the amount has not been refunded to you, kindly contact the counselling authorities.
Thankyou
According to official guidelines if you choose the floating option then it will only allot you another seat if you will get better college option in next round.Hence if you get the college which is top in your lock choices then you do not have to worry because you will not get another seat but if there is any college above your alloted college then you have to leave seat and go for the alloted college.
To restrict that you can contact them by calling them or wrote mail to them.
Happy hustling!
Hi,
Since your documents are verified, you are eligible for the first round counselling but for the completion of first round counselling, choice locking is necessary so that you can go to second round counseling with those choices. So if the first round counselling is incomplete, you cannot go for the second round. All the events have tentative dates you may keep an information of, to not to miss an update. Check the official website of UPSEE to know more.
Dear aspirant,
If you have saved your choices but didn't lock it , then it will lock your choice automatically on the last date and you will not be able to do any further changes in it
