If the category is not visible to you then you can recheck your form that whether you had filled EWS category and then cross check whether its filled or not.

If if is not visible then you may write a mail to the exam conducting authority regarding your problem.

Talking about rural weightage then you can either one of the advantage. Either EWS or Rural Weightage.
