It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS category is lower than the general category However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly
For the college preferences and the courses provided by these colleges and to know which colleges participate in the JOSAA counselling, please go to the below mentioned link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-participating-institutes/amp

Have a great day!
JS University located in Shikohabad, Uttar Pradesh is a new private university and is approved by UGC but AICTE approved. As it is not AICTE approved, the value of your BE degree will decrease. But if you do well in your academics, study properly and gain experience it will be a little easy for you to get good jobs. Now coming to government jobs in technical field requires your BE degree from AICTE approved institution (unless it is IIT and NITs). But you can go for other government jobs especially civil services.
Hello,
If we go through last year cut-offs for state quota then 610 marks secured seat in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich belonging to general category, hence chances for GMC with 572 marks seem tough, however you may hold good chances for private medical colleges through state quota such as School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida/Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly/Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki/Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki to name a few, however this is entirely based on previous year data, and cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as seat matrix/reservation/total number of candidates appearing for the exam, toughness level of the paper, go through previous year cut-offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up

Good Luck :)
It is highly unlikey getting aany government college seat in karnataka being from UP at this marks. You did not mention your category. If you are SC student, then you might have an opportunity but apart from that it does not fetch you a govt clg.
Private colleges are very costly. I suggest you should try in your own state. And wait for final results, your rank will decide your fate.
