The only way to get admission is by giving COMEDK exam get good rank in that then you will be eligible for sitting in their counseling and will get a college according to your rank but if you want admission in Manipal University you have to give their exam but in comedk there's wide range of colleges from all over Karnataka so give that . GB Pant University has a separate entrance examination conducted by the university itself for agriculture course. So there is no direct admission to BSc Agriculture course and you will have to attempt their entrance test.

As far as the ranking goes, it has been ranked 350th in Asia by the Times Higher Education Ranking in the year 2018. It is a government college located in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. The fees for BSc Agriculture will be around Rs. 38000-39000 for the first year. The fees for B.VSc. will be around Rs.50000 for the first year.

In 2019 a candidate with rank 1583 belonging to OBC-NCL secured seat in NIT, Hamirpur in B.Arch under other state category. So if you belong to OBC-NCL then you do not have chances of getting seat in this NIT. According to your rank and as per the previous year's cutoff, chances are tough to get admission in Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Last year's cutoff rank for CSE branch in  this college was 5439. So, your chances might be tough.
