Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have almost no chances for any of the government medical colleges because the cut-off score goes above 450 for SC category as well but you have good chances of getting management quota seat in some private medical colleges in WB under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Durgapur
ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia
IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur
And some more......
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your expected marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Hello,
Candidates appearing in NEET can get government college either through All India Seats or through state quota. In colleges in different states, a part of seats is reserved for all India and rest is for state students.
In West Bengal, there are total 3275 government MBBS seats in 2022, 800 Private MBBS seats, 250 government BDS seats and 300 private BDS seats.
Different colleges have different number of seats reserved as All India and state seats. For instance:
Similarly many other colleges have demarcated their seats. There are reservations for SC, ST and OBC also.
Hope it helps.
All the best!!
Hello aspirant
First of all you need to have both domicile certificate and caste certificate from the same state for which you are applying for counseling to get the benefits otherwise if you have domicile certificate and not caste certificate from that particular state then you will be regarded as Gen category students and you will be allotted college according to that only. So if you want to have benifits of reservation then you will be needing caste certificate from gujrat state itself.
Now if we talk about your chances then for time being we can't say anything definite as questions paper was moderate and same difficulty level as last year, so cut off may remain same around last year or may increase also 5-10 marks as cut off marks depend on various other factors. We will have to wait till result get declared and once rank is out it will be easy to tell your chances.
Also you are on borderline and you are not out of race,so pray that neet rank remain same at these marks as last year then you will have great chances of getting that college.
You can use neet college predictor tool for same,it will predicts colleges on basis of your neet marks, link is given below

Hello Student
Prediction for rank in jenpaugh in which student can get government college for BSC nursing course is not possible. But according to previous records issues that the ranks below 3000 will enable a student to take admission for BSC nursing in government medical colleges. For the state of West Bengal through jenpaugh for BSc nursing to take admission in good Government Medical College rank maybe of below 3000. As you have got rank 9711 in jenpaugh for BSc nursing you can get private medical colleges for admission.
Hope this helps.
