This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

There are only two colleges under WB offering agriculture engineer which are listed below with wbjee 2019 , round 3 , closing general rank for obc- B

So, with your 15k general rank , considering your category as obc-B, you have very low chances for agricultural engineering

category,

On the basis of analysis of past years wbjee cut off data , you have low chances in government engineering college.

For government college your  general rank should have been at least around 20,000

For example,

In 2019 , in 3rd round of wbjee,20244  general rank for obc-B category  was the closing rank for a government engineering college and it was for Govt. College Of Engineering & Textile Technology, Serampore , for Apparel & Production Management branch

You have chances in private engineering colleges like :-

For example,

In 2019 , in 3rd round of wbjee, 30978 GMR i. e general rank for sc category  was the closing rank for a government engineering college and it was for was for Govt. College Of Engineering & Textile Technology, Serampore , Apparel & Production Management

So, you have chance in govt colleges only if you have a round 30,000 GMR being from sc
