I got 92/200 in nata and 270/400is my cutoff will I get b. Arch in tce. I belong to obc cateogry

The eligibility criteria for this college is minimum marks in nata should be 80/200 and in 10+2 it should be 50% with mathematics as one of the subject. So based on your nata marks yes you are eligible to get admission into this college. For more information check the below link.
