I scored 1067 ews rank in jee mains paper 2 (BArch) 2020.. Is there any chance to get NIT for BArch? Does SPAs and NITs give seat allotment on the basis of your category rank and home/other state quota? Or they see your CRL?

Hello,
For NITs category rank is considered for reserved candidates and there are 50% seats under home state quota and 50% seats other state quota while for admission in SPA category rank is considered but seats are allotted under all India quota so there is no separate reservation for home state and other state quota.
Considering your rank it is difficult to get seat in NIT or SPA. Cut off is subjected to change and it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, number of seats available and difficulty of exam. You may check the cut off for NITs for admission to B,Arch by clicking the link below
