As you mentioned that your EAMCET rank 2020 as 19190 in medical stream and the category you fall in as OC, it is hard to get a seat in government college for any of these courses but you may have a chance to get a seat in the private college for any of the courses you mentioned. So try to prioritise your list of options based on colleges and courses respectively.
