Hi!
With 72 percent in 10+2 examination, I really doubt if you will be able to secure admission in University of Delhi, as the cutoffs generally go above 90% (usually above 95% in good colleges).
If you are from SC/ST/OBC category, then there are chances that you can get admission in arts courses.
Otherwise, I advise you to fill application forms in other central universities.

It's ok if you've filled the form. You can wait for cutoffs and try to find courses which might require around 72%.
In addition, apply for other central universities.
