see generally medical fields includes the professionals like doctor, health workers, technician, OT assistant , dialysis technician , medical representative etc. however since you are from physics back ground you may do some paramedical courses on different diagnostics systems like dialysis, chemo therapy, radiology etc to get job in relevant sectors. if you want to go for higher studies you may take mba course in hospital management or healthcare management which would take around 2 years of course completing. then you may apply for managerial post related with health care management.
