Dear Lokesh,

Through All India Quota you can take admission in all the government colleges for medical and dental seats  for 15% quota (except J&K) and through your state level quota you will be eligible to take admission for rest of the seats.

For state level government colleges you need a domicile certificate for the eligibility.
