Any news for open quota seats in Karnataka? It would be given to only Karnataka students?

Hi aspirant,
Open quota means the seats are available to all the students regardless of the state they are from. While the state quota is only for the state students i.e. Anyone in India can compete for these seats based on All India Rank except karnatka students. There is usually 15% all india quota in colleges.
