Hello,
Congratulations! A  NEET score of 479 you have chances for mbbs seat in medical colleges under both your state quota and 15% all india quota.

With a 479 score your overall percentile will be 92.08 - 92.46 and your NEET AIR Rank will be around 40809-42064

Yes because of the moderate exam pattern , an increase in cutoff is likely however you will still have chances at 479 score for the college with the cutoff of 416.

You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score;- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
