After pass out of BSc IT you can join as a web programmer, system analysist, also job in BPOs  These jobs will carry a salary of 1 lakh to 3.80 lacs per year which is not   less   for a new IT performer.

If you want to do PG after BSc IT it will be 2 years   for MSc ITone is MCA. MC it is for 2 years course but MCA is of 3 years course.for spending of 1 year more for MCA will carry a higher package of lakhs of rupees. Salary will be between 5 lakh to 6lakh per annum for MCAs.

Another PG  degree will be MBA IT. It will give you a higher package of salaries and career growth in near future. You can join as a project manager project and advanced project IT manager etc which will carry 5 to 6 lacs per year salary and it will be higher in some years of experience 700000  to 800000 per year.

You go for abroad for your higher education you can do MS IT which will carry a salary of 10 lacs to 20 lacs per annum.So choice  is of yours own.
