Dear Student,

As a regular student , you are not eligible to do a masters course in Chemistry after regular bachelors course in Physics . You can do M.Sc in Physics after UG in Physics through IIT JAM , DUET etc exams .

Well, you can opt distance education , if you eagerly want to learn chemistry as a masters level. IGNOU generally offers M.Sc in Chemistry and the eligibility criteria is reduced here . Just to graduate from any recognized University with any Discipline .

Hello there

The minimum eligibility criteria for any candidate to do MSc,master in Science,in chemistry is he/she must have a bachelor's degree in Science from any recognised university or college. The candidate must have attained 50-60%(differs university to university) aggregate marks in theirs graduation.

Yes, it's good if you've studied chemistry in your bachelors because you'll be getting deep knowledge in Msc but it doesn't hinders your eligibility if you're not.
