Can anyone take admission in M.Sc biotechnology with a back paper in 6th sem. in B.Sc biotechnology from different university?

Hello student in major universities you can take admission with a back paper as eligibility criteria says
As a minimum criterion of eligibility , aspiring candidates are needed to have attained a Bachelor's degree in any of Physics, Biological Sciences, BAMS, BHMS, BPT and any other related discipline, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

Still i request you to plz help with the university you want to take admission so that I can provide you exact information.

My question was for CCS University. My friend has registered his seat in IMS in Msc biotechnology but now he got his result and he got back in 3 subject in 6th sem. Please help us regarding this issue..
