First of all i think its a bad idea to do BA agmfter diploma.
Now, the eligibility criteria says that the Candidates appearing for JNU admission must have completed Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45 percent marks.
Admission Process is Based on counselling after qualification of entrance test.
There is no specific book for it..there are hundreds books for preparation you can find h delhi or online and do check past year question papers.
