Yes , students of other states can apply for wbjee examination as well. To be eligible for wbjee you need to be at least 17 years old to be eligible while there's no upper age limit for wbjee examination .You should be appearing or have passed 10+2th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination with Mathematics and Physics along with anyone Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Computer Application as compulsory subjects. Also you need an aggregate of 45% marks if you belong to general category in the three compulsory subjects. For reserved category candidates, the aggregate marks to be scored is 40%. Candidates should have also qualified English with at least 30% marks. So you can give wbjee even if you belong to other state.
