Yes for BSc Nursing you can apply in Medical Colleges in Delhi or outside Delhi. The only thing required is that you should be eligible as per there prescribed norms. As well as you can apply for Delhi university as well. Some colleges are affiliated to DU as well. And then there are bunch of private university in NCR you can try for.
