You haven't mentioned the name of the examination for which you are asking the question. If it is for NEET UG, you can visit the NEET UG official website, contact the helpdesk and ask about the procedure to do so. But, let me tell you that NEET correction window opens for only a certain time and in that period, you can only change few things such as photograph, signature, mother's name etc., You can't change things such as exam centre choice, language medium of question paper etc.,

As National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts number of entrance examinations so please mention the name of examination about which you are seeking guidance.

Some correction windows for entrance exams has been closed but some are open. So please help me out with the name of examination.
