Yes, you can go for MSc forensic science after BSc home science, but different colleges have different criteria. Go through the eligibility criteria for MSc forensic science of DU and IPU below:-

According to the programme brochure(the latest 2019-20) of DU for MSc forensic science, the eligibilty for getting into the course is a BSc(Hons)/BSc in any branch of science. So, you are most probably eligible for the course. But, the entrance you will appear before getting into the course will have questions from the BSc Forensic science syllabus of DU. The eligibilty criteria for MSc forensic science in IPU is B.Sc of minimum 3years duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Universiy. Also, the candidate must have studied at least 1st year (2 semesters) of the 3 years degree course any 2 subjects out of Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry and Biology.
