Select “AP EAPCET – 2025” (or your respective year).

Click on “Print Application Form” or “Application Status” .

Enter the following:

• Registration Number

• Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number

• Date of Birth

• Captcha Code

Click on Submit .

Your application form will appear – download or print it.
