Yes, IIIT Hyderabad takes the admission through JEE Main. The cutoff varies year to year & depends on the difficulty level of the exam & no. of aspirant. But Try to score more than 250 to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad.

IIIT Hyderabad takes admission through JEE Main only.
You should score more than 220 marks in JEE Main to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad. Cut off varies branches wise.
