The cut off changes every year depending on the number of students qualifying, the seats available , the number of students in particular score range etc.
The cut off marks in 2018 for Haryana through state quota for your category was -
UR-486
This year the cut off will be increasing a bit.With a score of 550 ,even without any reservation you will be getting a government MBBS seat in Haryana through state quota.
