CSAB(Central Seat Allocation Board) is happened every year after the completion of Josaa counselling. Yes, you can apply for CSAB special round counselling irrespective of your state if you have qualified for the eligibility criteria of it which are

• Candidates should have a valid JEE Main 2020 rank.

• The eligibility criteria of JOSAA 2020 has to be met by the candidates.

• Those candidates who participate in JOSAA 2020 but failed to get allotted will be eligible for CSAB special round 2020.

• Candidates who were allotted through JoSAA 2020 but failed to confirm their admission or withdrew from their seats will also be eligible for CSAB 2020 special round.
