can i get a seat below 5 lakhs if i scored 475, bein a karantaka domicile, unreserved category? anywhere in karantaka or india.

It wouldn't be a problem for you to get MBBS seat with your marks but the main issue you will face is is the budget of seat under Rs 5 Lakhs per annum.
-------- With 475 Marks it wouldn't be possible for you to get MBBS seat in Government Medical College. A General Category student must score above 600 marks to be assured of a seat in Government Medical College.
------- Fees of MBBS course in private Colleges is quite high and you won't find it suitable.
