Hey,
It all depends upon how much rank you get because sometimes even less marks may help you getting into an IIT and sometimes even a high score won't let you have IIT. And you can get IIT Roorkee if your AIR is less than 10k.

If your All India Rank is below 10K then there are chances of getting B.arch at IIT Roorkee.
I would suggest you to share your all India rank rather than marks from next time.
