Can i get DTU if i get 29000 rank in jee mains gen EWS outside delhi

Dear Aspirant,
DTU cut off rank for 1st round counceling is 22417. With this rank you can get all the branches like ECE, ME, CE, CSE.
So please wait for the 2nd or 3rd round counceling. Then you can the branches like ME or CE. But it is difficult to get the CSE or ECE branchs.
