My jee main ALL INDIA RANK is 6000 and category is gen-ews. can i get admission in dtu computer science. My region is outside delhi??

Unfortunately NO, you would not have the option to get a seat in Computer Science or ECE in either DTU or NSIT with your position.
A position under 6k would be needed to get entrance into ECE in any of these 2 universities, and to get a seat in Computer Science a position under 30 should 90% secure you a seat. Despite the fact that we have seen shorts vary a considerable amount, yet a major variety probably won't be conceivable.
