As per your query, yes you can surely own two marksheet. One of then should be from national board and other from home board. NTA totally approves both of the marksheet.
Remember the things:-
1. Your marksheet should be of two different boards.
2. Your passing years mentioned in the marksheet should be different, like if you have passed class 10 from home board in 2021 then your cbse or other board's class 10 marksheet should be of 2020, 2022 or anything excluding 2021.
You can also use your marksheet in which your scores are high or in which you have got above 75% but providing both marksheet is not negligible.
