Yes, you can give Neet in Bengali as Neet is conducted in 11 different languages such as Hindi, English, Bengali, Assamese, Gujrati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada and Urdu. But Bengali languge facility is only available in the exam centres of West Bengal. If you choose Bengali as the medium of examination, your Booklet will be bilingual, Bengali and English. So you can start preparation for Neet in English. If you face any problem in the exam related to terminology, then you can take help from the Bengali Section there in the booklet. And it is not that there is no appropriate books to prepare for Neet in Bengali. If you are a bengali medium student, then you must have studied in your intermediate Santra Publications Books. Santra Publications Biology Book is very much informative and good enough to have a clear concept on all the matters. Maity Tewari and Dewari Majumdars' Physics, and Chemistry as Textbook. So you can start your preparation with that, may be number of resources are less. You can also prepare from NCERTs. Usually experts prefer NCERTs over any other books. NCERTs are written in simple language full of information and sometimes few questions are directly asked from NCERTs. Once done with the textbooks you can move on to standard reference books like try to solve Problems of HC Verma, for More Chemical Calculations you can rely on RC Mukherjee, Truman's Vol 1 and 2 for Biology is extremely good. First you should focus on completing your syllabus, then give mock tests regularly, and solve previous year papers also.
