Hello,
VIT vellore is very good for Computing Science engineering as far as placements are concerned but it has below average placement record in Chemical Engineering but on the other hand PDPU has one of the best placement records in Chemical Engineering as companies like BP, GSFC, GNFC offer placement with an average of 6-8LPA. So, clearly PDPU is better option.

According to me VIT will be better option to persue BTECH Chemical engineering.

- VIT Vellore campus was established in 2001 while PDPU was established in 2007
- Course Fees in VIT is about Rs. 6.92 Lakhs while that of PDPU is Rs 9.6 lakhs.
- Median package in VIT is Rs 5.50 lakhs while that of PDPU is Rs 3.25 lakhs.
- The study as well as the environment which you get in VIT campus will be much better than PDPU.
So considering this facts and figures in mind VIT campus, I think is better.

Both the colleges are good, some facilities are provided by one and some are by other but almost all the facilities are given by both the colleges and in terms of rating and reviews of the student VIT Vellore is much better than pdpu not only in terms of placement but also in terms of acadamics.
